Congratulations...

to all the "new" parents out there. Three baby girls have been born in the last 48 hours...crazy! Congrats to Abby and Chris, Pete and Jen, and DJ and Heather. Hopefully little Ruby will introduce herself to the world real soon too...not that I'm getting impatient or anything. Being 40 weeks pregnant is fun!!

Bedrest?...

Yeah that's right my doc put his foot down and put me on "bedrest"...so here I sit, no work, no coaching, no laundry, no walmart...no nothing. I guess it's just the waiting game now. But the good news is I am dilated and 75% effaced. So maybe Ruby will be here soon!

So...

I'm still pregnant! Just in case you were wondering. I think I'll be pregnant forever. I know alot goes into making a human, but come on Ruby isn't 38 weeks enough time. I know I'm going to miss some things about being pregnant like her little kicks, but I'm not going to miss being asked everywhere I go "when are you due?", "you look miserable, you poor thing" (FYI worse thing you can say to a pregnant women when it's 90 degrees outside). So I guess I'll keep growing a human (I know she is going to be a 10 pounder at the rate I'm growing)!

Pregnancy update...

I had my first "check" (for those of you who know what I'm talking about, for those of you who don't you probably don't want to) and...Nothing! I'm completely closed up! How disappointing :( I'm so ready to meet Ruby! I guess it's a good thing since Casey will be out of town for the next two weeks!! I really don't want to have to drive myself to the hospital! :)

So that's all that is really going on in our "little world". All I do is work, go to practice, sleep, and occasionally get to see my husband! 40 hour work weeks suck...and coaching really isn't all that it's cracked up to be either! I'm ready to be a MOMMY :)

We bought our first house one year ago and have yet to show anybody what it looks like. We also finished doing Ruby's room and wanted to share that as well (Thanks mom and dad for all of your help)...Oh yeah and here are our two favorite boys ever... Moses and Gus :)
